Per primi abbiamo cominciato a fare la pasta di grano duro integrale, macinando il chicco di grano intero già negli anni ‘70, quando non era ancora considerata pasta.
La formula integrale è la più completa poiché contiene tutte le parti del chicco. Senza rischi di surriscaldamento, grazie al nostro Molino, possiamo scegliere la ricetta della nostra pasta di semola integrale, mantenendo un’elevata quantità di fibre e al tempo stesso elasticità, nerbo e gusto delicato.
Oggi, oltre che sana, la pasta integrale è anche molto buona, apprezzata e presente su un sempre maggior numero di tavole.
