Description
La farina di castagne, detta anche farina dolce, è ottenuta macinando con macine a pietra le castagne. La farina ottenuta sarà finissima, con leggero color avorio tendente al giallo e dal sapore dolce. In passato era un’importante fonte di sussistenza, per molte zone montuose, visto l’alto contenuto calorico. La farina di castagne è un ottimo alimento, ricco di carboidrati e sali minerali. Si consiglia l’impiego con farina di frumento “forte”. I migliori risultati si ottengono utilizzando il 20% di farina di castagne e 80% di frumento.

Acqua floreale anti-age, rinfrescante, ideale per pelli mature o secche. L’idrolato di rosa tonifica, lenisce e purifica l'epidermide. Le sue proprietà antiage lo rendono adatto a prendersi cura delle pelli mature che vogliono attenuare l’aspetto di segni del tempo e rughette. Massaggiato sul cuoio capelluto ha effetto lenitivo e anti-forfora. Adatto alle pelli molto secche e sensibili. Le rose che utilizziamo per produrre questo idrolato sono coltivate e raccolte con amore in Emilia Romagna, da coltivatori locali nel pieno rispetto della terra!
