Cicerchie in confezioni da 500 grLa Cicerchia è un legume che anticamente veniva coltivata in tutto il meridione d'Italia; oggi la sua coltivazione è relegata ad alcuni ristretti areali agricoli siciliani e pugliesi.
Le Cicerchie della Masseria sono coltivate all'interno dei terreni aziendali siti nel territorio della splendida valle del fiume Jato, nel comune di San Giuseppe Jato, a circa 25 km da Palermo. Vengono coltivate seguendo le tecniche agronomiche dell'Agricoltura Biologica; le fasi di semina, raccolta, trebbiatura e pulitura vengono effettuate a mano.

Formaggio dal sapore inconfondibile ottenuto dalla lavorazione di latte parzialmente scremato proveniente da allevamenti della Valle di Livigno, situati oltre i 1.800 metri di quota.
Questo formaggio risulta particolarmente gradevole al palato grazie alle sue inconfondibili note aromatiche: la pasta morbida ed elastica, il gusto leggermente burroso, il colore dal bianco al giallo paglierino a seconda della stagione di produzione.
Ottimo in cucina, per esaltare con i suoi sentori di montagna i piatti più tipici della tradizione alpina.
