Il periodo di riposo in botti di rovere lo rende idoneo per l’utilizzo giornaliero. Ha un profumo intenso, un gusto pungente con una nota di dolce, leggermente astringente. Un delizioso condimento che si accompagna soprattutto con insalate e verdure cotte e crude. -il Condimento Bronzo ottenuto dalla perfetta mescolanza di soli Mosto Cotto e Aceto di Vino è un prodotto adatto a tutti i giorni. Il lungo affinamento in botti di legno da 220 litri in rovere rende il prodotto profumato e colorato. Delizioso condimento che si accompagna con insalate e verdure cotte e crude ma soprattutto con piatti cotti anche di carne: ha un profumo intenso, un gusto rotondo e pungente con una nota di dolce mediamente marcata.
