Our Monocultivar Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil represents the most authentic excellence of Sicilian olive-growing tradition. It is made from selected Nocellara olives, grown in our olive groves and processed exclusively by us, following a short supply chain that is controlled at every stage.
