The story begins in 1992, when we began planting the first plants and maybe even we imagined such a success. Today in "Casale Nibbi" we count about thirty thousand apple trees, an area of ​​over ten hectares; 15 varieties of fruits, in contrast to the large domestic production that favors only 3 or 4 varieties; an average annual production has reached 1,500 tons; The production is made in compliance with all European organic standards, according to the principles of environmentally friendly agriculture.The cultivation of apples, has been joined more recently that of cherries, with about 2,700 plants.Although apples are certainly the main asset of the company, another area in which we are engaged in Casale Nibbi is to the dairy with the production of over 6,000 tons of milk a year.
